KUNZ RLB Recovery Lifting Bag System
KUNZ Recovery Lift Bags are the prominent tool used in many recoveries. The Pneumatic elevators are designed to lift aircraft of any size up to 7m in disabled aircraft recovery scenarios.
The Recovery Lift Bags consists of a multiple of compartments vulcanized one upon the other and are made of drop thread fabric and coated with a proven, durable high quality rubber compound to guarantee vertical and horizontal stability during the aircraft recovery operation.
KUNZ Recovery Lift Bags have been successfully tested to accommodate ARC movement of up to 15° at our training facility as well as in real recovery operation.
Different sets, capacities and sizes are available for all civil and military aircraft.

KUNZ VACUUM EJECTOR
The KUNZ Vacuum Ejector safes time and guarantees a rapid evacuation of the air from the RLB compartments after recovery action. A high performance silencer avoids exhaust noise.
Two versions are available, integrated in the PC housing or as a moblie version.

KUNZ RECOVERY LIFTING SLINGS CAT I / CAT II
KUNZ Lifting Sling Assemblies are used to lift disabled aircraft by means of lifting slings and cranes. KUNZ offers lifting slings and beams for small aircraft up to 10 tonnes, narrow-bodied and wide-bodied aircraft.
CAT I-Set Lifting Slings, for aircraft up to 15 tonnes recoverable weight (like Cessna, Learjet, Metro III and others).
CAT II-Set Lifting Slings, for narrow-bodied aircraft with a fuselage circumference of 8m up to 12m (like B737, B757, A220, A318, A319, A320, EMB175, EMB 195 and others.

KUNZ ADVANCED LIFTING SLINGS CAT III / CAT IV
The ALS Advanced Lifting Sling System has been especially designed to lift disabled aircraft with composite structure components such as A320NEO, A350, A380 or B737 MAX and B787.
The effective sling length is self adjusting for each component sling of the assembly and therefore the sling assembly adapts to changing loads onto the fuselage, which occur during the lifting procedure due to different lifting inclines.
Because of its telescopic spreader beam it can be used for all wide-bodied aircraft and narrow body aircraft down to Embraer 170 size.
With this system the risk of secondary damage to the aircraft and the fuselage is reduced to the minimum possible.
