KUNZ BTS NEOtronic® BRAKE TEST STAND
The KUNZ BTS NEOtronic® design is based on the proven BTS test rig. Due to the low entrance of the BTS NEOtronic® it is possible to drive the trolley, used for in-shop transportation, directly into the cabin, which guarantees a comfortable way to service the brake.
The BTS NEOtronic® is available as single– and twin–version.
Now also available as fully automated version (BTS NEOtronic® AUTO).

KUNZ BTS NGtronic® BRAKE TEST STAND
The KUNZ BTS NGtronic® electronically driven Brake Test Stand comes with an integrated turntable, mirror back wall and see-trough protection cover with side and front doors for the best possible access and inspection of the brake. The control panel is equipped with a 9” touch screen.
The installed cycling test automatically performs pressure release and build-up. The number of cycles as well as time interval between release and build-up is freely adjustable via digital keypad. The KUNZ BTS NGtronic® also features a digital oil-temperature and oil level display.
For the highest level of convenience and human error prevention, KUNZ also offers the KUNZ BTS NGtronic® AUTO Automated Brake Test Stand. Every individual brake and operator ID can be entered manually via the integrated 9 inch touch display or by using the included RFID cards. On request, it is also possible to provide a barcode solution.
The BTS NGtronic® and BTS NGtronic® AUTO is available as a table version (-T) and a conveyor belt version (-C).
