The KUNZ Pre-Cleaning Station for aircraft wheels is used to increase the cleanliness of the wheel shop and to remove harmful carbon dust residues, preventing its inhalation by the operator.

The wheel is placed into the waterproof cleaning cabin. The cleaning process, performed by dynamic, high-pressure spray nozzles, is operated via push button on the control panel. Afterwards, high-pressure air nozzles dry off the wheel, leaving only a minor humidity.

The complete cleaning process takes less then 3 minutes per wheel and no solvents are used.
